Care Camps Carnival of Hope: September 11–13

Okay, this one is genuinely special.

The Care Camps Carnival of Hope is a carnival-style weekend that raises money for Care Camps, which sends kids with cancer to summer camp. Real camp. Fishing, campfires, friendship bracelets, the whole thing. For a lot of these kids, it’s the first week in a long time where they get to just be a kid.

So yes, your family shows up for carnival games and prizes and general chaos. But you’re also doing something that matters, and your kids get to understand why.
